Please take the time to welcome new neighbors as you see them in the public areas of our building, don't hesitate to show them the Parc hospitality. 

*We are proud to announce the work on the 5th floor terrace has been completed. Please take a moment to stroll and look at the progress. Planting will take place in the fall. 

*The lighting issues have been fixed by a certified electrician, thank you for your patience. 

Please keep our package room clean and organized. Please make it a habit to collect those wonderful packages as soon as possible so your neighbors can do the same. Thank you in advance for your help with this on going challenge.
